A Foundayo tracker is a record of the days you took your tablet and what followed. Veya keeps both on one timeline, so a pattern is visible rather than remembered. It records what you enter and nothing else. It will not tell you what to take, and it does not replace your prescriber's advice.
Why Foundayo users track
Foundayo is a tablet taken once a day. There is no injection to log and no site to note, which makes the record simpler and, for exactly that reason, easier to let slip.
It is taken with or without food, which removes the one thing that usually anchors a tablet
The label says to take Foundayo orally once daily, with or without food. That is genuinely convenient, and it is also why the habit is harder to hold than it looks. A tablet tied to breakfast has breakfast to hang on. One that can be taken at any time has nothing.
Recording the day rather than the hour is enough. What you want later is a run of days you can look at, not a precise time you were never going to note down accurately anyway.
If you have taken another oral GLP-1, the routine is not the same
Rybelsus and Wegovy tablets are the other oral products in this class, and both carry conditions Foundayo does not: a fasting period before, and a wait before eating, drinking or taking anything else afterwards. Foundayo's label sets none of that.
Someone moving between them is moving between two quite different daily routines, and a record that ran through the change is the thing that makes the difference legible afterwards.
A missed day leaves no trace unless you write it down
Nothing about swallowing a tablet marks the day out. A week later the question of whether Thursday happened has no answer you can rely on, and counting what is left in the pack tells you about the pack rather than about which day was missed.
A gap in a record is useful information rather than something to tidy away. Record the day you missed as a day you missed.
Your prescription changes, and the record has to survive it
Treatment is reviewed and adjusted. The useful question afterwards is what was different before and after, and that comparison only exists if the record was already running when the change happened.
A history that continues through an adjustment is worth more than a detailed one that starts the week something felt wrong.

What to record when your treatment changes
Treatment is reviewed and adjusted over time. Veya will not tell you what to take, and this page carries no schedule of amounts: that is between you and your prescriber, and it is on the prescribing information supplied with your medicine. What a tracker can do is make the period around a change legible afterwards. These are the entries worth having.
- The date something changed, written down on the day rather than reconstructed later.
- Whether you took it at roughly the same time of day before and after, since the label leaves that open.
- Any symptom that appeared, disappeared or changed character in the two weeks either side.
- How long each symptom lasted, which usually tells a prescriber more than how bad it felt.
- Any day you missed, recorded as a missed day rather than left blank.
- What you had eaten and drunk on a day a digestive symptom was notably worse.
- Anything else that changed at the same time: a new medicine, an illness, travel, a different sleep pattern.
- The questions you want to ask at your next appointment, written down when they occur to you.

Do I need to take Foundayo on an empty stomach?
Its label says with or without food, and sets no fasting period. That is different from the other oral medicines in this class, so if you have taken one of those before, the routine you learned there does not carry over. Go by the information supplied with your own medicine.
Is Foundayo available outside the United States?
It is authorised in the United States. There is no European authorisation for it, and this page makes no comment on how anyone obtains medication. Veya records what you enter regardless of where your prescription came from.
Is it an injection?
No. Foundayo is a tablet swallowed whole. There is no pen, no needle and no injection site, so a Foundayo record is simply the day and whatever you noticed.

What happens to my entries if I stop paying?
CSV export works in normal use and after cancelling. Your record is exportable as a file you keep, rather than something that becomes unreadable when a subscription ends.
Can I get my history out to show someone?
Yes. Entries export as a CSV file, which opens in a spreadsheet and prints. Handing over a printed sheet is often quicker than passing a phone across a desk.
